All products supplied by PBI Height Safety are manufactured in certified factories with the relevant safety standards strictly enforced, and conform to the appropriate AS/NZS standards where required. Quality is paramount and we pride ourselves on our excellent range of height safety equipment sourced from innovative suppliers from around the globe.

Pricing and Billing
-All prices advertised with products are in New Zealand Dollars and exclude GST, with GST added at checkout. Total purchase price at checkout includes GST which will show on your receipt.
-As the Purchaser, you are responsible for any other taxes that may be levied (such as import tax) if you order outside of NZ
- 'PBI Height Safety Ltd' will appear on cardholder statements or Paypal statements for any transactions through this website,
-PBI Height Safety Ltd is the owner of the website www.pbiheightsafety.com. PBI Height Safety is a New Zealand business, and this website is governed by NZ law.
-When an on-line transaction has been successful, DPS will debit your credit card and credit PBI Height Safety Ltd's bank account. At this time, a success email will be sent to you and the PBI Height Safety Ltd office. This triggers our staff to commence processing your order. Returns and Refunds
-If you need to cancel your on-line order, please notify the PBI office by email firstname.lastname@example.org , fax or phone as soon as possible after you have made your transaction in order to avoid Freight charges.
-Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, the Purchaser may reject non-conforming or defective Goods by lodging a claim with PBI within 7 days of receipt, quoting the invoice numbers and date, and PBI at its discretion will work to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the Goods, to the Purchaser's satisfaction.
-In the unlikely event that the incorrect goods have been supplied, PBI Height Safety will arrange collection of the the incorrect goods and refund in full, including any associated freight costs.
-Should the Goods purchased not meet the purpose for which they were intended, with the prior approval of PBI, any non-faulty Goods or may be returned to PBI within 14 days in original unused condition with all packaging and instruction manuals for a full refund into your credit card or Paypal account (exluding a 15% restocking fee and freight charges)
- No Goods are returnable after 14 days.
- All refunds for online purchases are deposited into the original credit card or Paypal account of the purchase transaction. No cash refunds.
- All delivery costs are non-refundable, (unless product has been incorrectly supplied.)
-15% restocking fee will be charged for returns (other than faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.)
- Should delivery of order be delayed (other than normal delivery times and courier services) you will be notified of the delay and an option provided to obtain a refund.
